Samuel Pacheco

Mr. Pacheco serves as building engineer for Big Sky's San Antonio assets.

Prior to joining Big Sky, Mr. Pacheco was a Building Engineer for CBRE's multiple properties in the San Antonio area, where he won rising engineer of the year twice as well as numerous quarterly awards.

During his sixteen years of experience, he was responsible for routine and preventative maintenance including on all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.

Mr. Pacheco holds a Universal EPA license, CPO license, and EMT license, and he studied Architecture at Northwest Vista College and Houston Community College.
