Prior to Big Sky, he worked for three companies monitoring building operations and performing maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. He has overseen construction projects and tracked adherence to building codes, rules, and regulations.

Mr. Fowler holds numerous certificates of training for electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
