Nikki Matthews

Ms. Matthews serves as Director on Big Sky’s acquisition team, focusing on identifying, and securing new assets and investment opportunities.
She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management, and has sourced and structured more than $200 million nationwide healthcare real estate acquisitions over the course of her career. Prior to her current role, she spent a combined 26 years between The Cirrus Group and HealthCap Partners, which merged with The Cirrus Group. She managed major client relationships with health systems and healthcare REITs, played an instrumental role in acquisitions, dispositions, and new development initiatives, and lead overall management and strategy for the company and across a national healthcare real estate portfolio.
Ms. Matthews holds a BBA from Texas A&M Commerce.
