Foster Malloy

Mr. Malloy is an Analyst with Big Sky, where he supports the communication of performance insights to stakeholders, covering investor reporting, loan compliance and other key investor relations functions.

Prior to joining Big Sky, he served as a Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst at Woodbine Development Corporation, where he supported tenant representation and lease negotiations for medical office buildings. He is also the founder of Foster Malloy Properties, where he identified and acquired underperforming residential assets.

Mr. Malloy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Trinity University. He is a recipient of The Walter Adams Prize for excellence in economics, and a CSC Academic All-District honoree as a Division III student athlete.
