Alex Proia

Mr. Proia is an Analyst with Big Sky, where he supports leasing, financing, and investment decisions by conducting market research, analyzing lease and loan documents, and building financial analyses of strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Big Sky, he served as a Rotational Real Estate Private Equity Summer Intern at DRA Advisors in New York, where he assessed joint venture deals and modeled new acquisitions across multiple asset classes. He also gained experience as an Acquisitions Associate at Linville Team Partners Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.

Mr. Proia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a major in Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
